MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions of membership of BTG.

Period
You will remain a member of the BTG family for 18 months after you first register, or 18 months after each purchase (whichever comes first). Membership is free, and new memberships can be taken by phone, mail, fax or online.

Benefits
Membership of BTG. entitles you to certain benefits, privileges or offers. The nature and extent of these benefits will be detailed in each BTG catalogue, and on the BTG website. BTG will alter the benefits, privileges and offers associated with membership from time to time. BTG will in most cases, notify Members of any variations but is not liable to do so.

Use of member information
Information provided by Members to BTG will only be used in accordance with the BTG Privacy Policy

Transferability
Your Membership is not transferable to any other person. You may change your information on an existing membership account only to update your membership account.

Termination
If you do not wish to continue your BTG membership, you may terminate your membership by contacting BTG by phone, fax or email. Termination of your membership becomes effective upon receipt by BTG of your notification of termination.

BTG may terminate your membership at any time without notice for any reason including, expiry after 18 months and any non- compliance with the terms and conditions outlined here. BTG may at any time without prior notice suspend or terminate the BTG membership program, in which case all memberships will be suspended or terminated as the case may be.

Changes to membership terms and conditions
BTG may alter the terms and conditions of membership at any time without prior notice.

BTG members are subject to the conditions outlined in the Membership & Conditions section and are protected by the Privacy agreement included. Please see Privacy agreement for further information.
